THE FOUNDER:

Armed with a background in Dermal Science and Cosmetic Formulation — Owner, Natalie Dimi recognised a gap in the market for a range of simple yet effective skincare that were both results driven and backed by science. Over the years, Natalie’s commitment to wellness, and extensive knowledge of ingredients and formulations, their functions and efficacy on the skin, has led her to create of cutting-edge formulations.

Struggling for some years with skin problems herself, she went on a mission to find other ways of protecting and rejuvenating the skin without constantly stripping the barrier with unnecessary products and ingredients. Natalie, who also owns a renowned clinic in Sydney — Haus of Dermal, was constantly hearing the struggle from first time clients about the over-whelming feeling of finding the right skincare and not over-doing it with hundreds of products. She was also noticing the amount of client’s walking in the door with dehydration, barrier damaged and inflammation issues within their skin since the COVID lockdowns from constantly being in doors and exposed to cellular devices for such long periods of time. This is when she had a light bulb moment and came across Cyanobacteria and micro-algae which is such a versatile and multi-functional ingredient - the one thing her client’s wanted - simple yet effective.

We’ve personally searched the world for the highest quality ethically sourced raw materials. Digging for the richest bio-active compounds of micro-algae. “This ingredient is so amazing that it not only allows them to survive but to thrive and regenerate themselves in the harshest environments on the planet — so you can just imagine how great it is for our skin and their amazing ability to protect the skin from cellular damage which we are exposed to every single minute of the day”, says Natalie Dimi.
